Founder and Managing Partner

Jean-Paul Aoun is a lawyer and strategic legal adviser admitted to the Beirut Bar Association. His work focuses on corporate and commercial law, international arbitration, financial crime and compliance, intellectual property, entertainment, technology, and cross-border matters.

He holds an LL.B. from Saint Joseph University in Beirut, a Master’s degree in International Criminal Law and Financial Crime from Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, a Master’s degree in Business Law together with an MBA in Management from Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas, and a university diploma in International Arbitration from the University of Montpellier. His professional background includes legal, risk management, consulting, business development, SaaS, and entertainment-sector experience in Beirut, Paris, Dubai, and international markets. He also lectures in law and professional ethics at Saint Joseph University.
